i will solve your problem here is the ST4 instructions 'Username' - A Unique account name that you will log in to the GAME with 'Password' - Self explanitory 'Confirm Password' - As Above 'Forum Username' - This MUST match the username you signed up with on the forums 'E-Mail Address' - Your E-Mail address, this MUST match the E-Mail address you signed up on the forums with. INSTEAD it should say under "Forum Username" This MUST match the USERNAME <---------------- not your forum user name but your username you signed up with on the forums i had the same problem as you and was given bad information on how to fix this... finally i figured it out

I don't think i registered in game with anything. Not really sure what your talking about. I tried to make an account but it keeps telling me Info / Error # Forum user not found # User not added I used the same account name, forum name, and email as the one on here. I also made another account on here and followed the same process. It gave me the same error message Info / Error # Forum user not found # User not added Close Thanks for any help or advice
