So I am excited to be returning to the game after 20 years. I followed all the instructions on downloading client, updating, etc. I created an account then a game account on Net-7. I am able to launch the game and come to the EA name and password screen. I put in my game account info (from Net-7) but I continually get the message that I can't find the account in the game. Tried setting up different game account (under same master account) but same issue. Is there a delay in creating a net-7 account and it getting moved to the server to allow access? Or am i just messing it up? I don't have my old retail serial number or a demo account code- is that messing it up?
