Did you see the SpaceX guy on TV call a "rapid unscheduled disassembly" what normal people call "BOOM!" I could not believe he said it with a straight face. I suppose if you work around Musk it might be more common. Anyway, I'm coming back once I remember how. I've missed y'all. - H

Good morning, all,
Just as a data point, I've had no trouble since the bad lag a week or so ago was resolved. The cert problem never emerged for me and no trouble going from place to place. I'm on Windows 10 up-to-date, on a Dell G-3 laptop. Of course I've only just started my third toon, none of which are much past beginner quests, so maybe it's to do with that.
This is not to downplay the seriousness of the issues Crighton and others are having, just informing that it's not everybody. Or at least, not me ... at least not yet. 😕 Best of luck with all of it!

The downloads page seems to be working now. I managed to get in-game with a bunch of help. If you can't get in yet, let me know and I'll share the little I've learned.

Yes! It downloaded well once I realized you have to click on it in order for that checkbox and link to show up. Makes sense, but it was confusing me.
I followed Somebody's (Oak something?) guide to reinstalling and it seems to have worked!! Game is running now, although it's kinda small, and little blurry. I do have the config program working (I think), but I have no idea how to set it to "better, please." Any more miraculous advice?

Checking back in. Is the downloads page working correctly now? If so, I have a problem. I seem to have a net-7 account and 2 (2?) game accounts but on this page I cannot get the game client or net-7 to download. They just turn red and do nothing (see below).
I suspect there's something obvious I'm missing (like brain cells) but I remain baffled. Any thoughts?
Thank you for your time and attention. I marvel that the game I thought lost forever lives yet.

As one who not yet installed the emulator, although I think I've registered a Net-7 username (Hsien, verified) and a Game username (possibly two 😕 but at least one is Hsien1), is this the place I should bookmark to see when things are OK to proceed? I've tried the downloads but the names go red and don't download. Could easily be a problem of my own making when registering for whatever; or it could be at your end.
I see astonishing efforts by people whose attachment to this game is laudable. Thank you, however this turns out. <bows>
