Sorry Kyp, connection to global server failed. i managed to get one client in far enough to select an avatar, but lost connection again after that

a bunch of my toons haven't been able to do this year's 3 skill point mission since they did it last year. my brother's accounts have the same problem. newer toons i created since then have been able to accept it though.

 

is there a script that is available to reset for everyone? or does Woody or a GM have to manually do it for everyone?
