[Running Windows 10, game wont start up]

Did a reinstall and got it up and running but in windowed mode, EBConfig still wont load up for me.

When i click on the tools tab and try to run the ENBConfig it tells me:

[Running Windows 10, game wont start up]

Hello all, I've been wanting to get into this game and finally decided to download it via the Net 7 site. Got it to update but the EBConfig file would not open up nor would it load the game when i linked it to the client.exe like it wants. Ive done the check boxes to run as admin but still they dont open up.
