Did a reinstall and got it up and running but in windowed mode, EBConfig still wont load up for me.

Still giving me the same msg when i reset updates, restart it and check. Hello all, I've been wanting to get into this game and finally decided to download it via the Net 7 site. Got it to update but the EBConfig file would not open up nor would it load the game when i linked it to the client.exe like it wants. Ive done the check boxes to run as admin but still they dont open up.
