    Issue solved...issue was me not typing the correct login name

    Having forgotten my password for this account, Woodstock graciously helped me out so I could do a PW recovery. Having regained access it seems the password for this account does not work for the Net-7 Access. is there a syncing issue or am I suffering fat fingers? All the best, YetiGBR
