I am an idiot. My game account password needed to be changed. Now it should work.

My character last logged in March 1 2016 and I entered the right login. EDIT 3/3/2020 2:48 PM central: just tried to login using my username and password and it failed.

Seems like no one cares about helping me with this so I doubt I'll ever play again. Sorry folks.

I'm trying to login to the game but the lady on the login screen keeps saying "I'm sorry but I'm still unable to verify your login information." I'm entering the right login. Can anyone help?
