Ok, thank you for the reply ArthurDent. I think maybe this is a little beyond me, I have no idea what or how you run in compatibility mode for xp service pack 3. Is this a part of windows 10?   Only reason I know you can run in admin is I read it on this forum somewhere.    Anyway, thank you and I don't want to take up your time, Merry Xmas and have a wonderful new year.

I have the same problem, I downloaded and installed both client and Net-7 from downloads twice. It plays fine but in just a small window, when I hit tools on launcher I get the E&B Config but clicking on that does nothing. I used Apps and went to EA  Games and found Earth and Beyond Config, right click run as admin. Same thing nothing happens.   Any help would be nice, thank you   Also I have  windows 10
