Forget the info i requested, i can see you attempted to login yesterday.so from what i can tell so far something is blocking you at the beginning from your end.
i should be on teamspeak today,try and get ahold of me so we can get you back into the game.

i would say start from scratch with a different name.
You need to register on both http://www.net-7.org/ site, and https://forum.enb-emulator.com/ to gain access to the game.You must click on the activation e-mail that is sent to confirm registration.After you have registered on https://forum.enb-emulator.com/ (forum) go to http://www.net-7.org/ (portal) log in using forum account information and create new game account... and read whats on screen.At the game log in screen, use your NET-7 Accounts username and password. Do not use your EnB Emulator Forums details. -

I added the build device mission to your toon, you had the requirements but looks like you just never went to Maks Babin, or maybe you did and it didnt click.
either way its in your log now.

Then go back and do the missions stated above to get the skill,Look at what missions you have done and what is still needed to do then go do it.

Maks Babin of Inverness Down needs you to build a chem resist device to protect the station.
Sometimes it's just because a person skips around in missions then finds he didnt do something earlier that needs to be done to progress.
