Thanks Kyp, the hash of that one matches Files.txt.  The issue is that http://patch.net-7.org/Net7/Files/bin/cdata.dat does not, it has a hash of 9F2740D4 as opposed to 4FF92B1C   If you want to reproduce it, try deleting your cdata.dat and reset updates.  That should get the patcher to try to download again and report the mismatch.
