    I have resolved that. You need to edit file LauncherConfig.cfg in NET7/bin catalog. You have to update path to client.exe. Then start again Net7 launcher - firewall will ask about proxy - allow that - and its working.

    You can run game by client.exe in /install dir/release catalog
