i didnt know there was supposed to be a "play" button, cause of my screen res. i never seen one so i just found the client.exe and ran it manuly. thats why i kept asking about a play button. anyway maybe the other guy ure helping has the same thing. the sceenshot i loaded doesnt have the "play" button.... wish someone told me 3 days ago lol now i get to play!! thanks

did that, but still no go. why would it be kicking me still.... is there a way to check my account, like have someone login with my info? im at a loss     i used revo to uninstall, then did a fresh install, still the same.... I dropped my firewalls and also opend a port 443.... still broke. i tried so many things from the tech forum. let me know if anythings looks wrong. also um is the supposed to be a "play" button on the net 7 launcher? thanks for alll the help. oh, and yes im an admin on my pc :)   um im trying figure out how to upload a pic on my net 7 setting
