i cant seem to find Net7Launcher.exe. what directory is it in. Searching from the start menu gives me nothing

I get said error after the westwood logo (god I miss them) and can not prcede further. Im launching from client.exe Can anyone help? My friends keep bugging me to try this one so i have to make an honest effort.
