The re install worked. Now to just do it on the other computer. Thanks for the help! :)

Yes to both. Not sure how it happened. I was playing wed night, then reset modem. Since that night neither computer works. Really bummed out. This is such a great game. 

I have that enabled too. Would there be a setting on my router, both my computers are have the same issues. 

I think this is the samething happening to me. Would it help to uninstall/restall it?

Last night I needed to restart my modem. So I reset it while I was in the game. Now When i try and launch it crashes right after I hit accept on the log in. Any ideas, did I mess something up?   its after I pick my toon, and hit enter. game crashes.    I tried doing what it says in this but now luck. " READ FIRST: Technical Support FAQ and Common Fixes"   When it says to pick compatibility I have 4 to pick from   windows 95 windows 98/ windows me windows nt 4.0 windows 2000.   I tried them all and still have not been able to run the game?   Anyone help?   Also tried the .th6 files .
