PS: If you excuse me, I removed real IP info (first two lines)

During these first 5 minutes, Kansas one was up to 50% loss... Gating stuck 2 times, wormhole seemed to stuck 3 times (after accepting wormhole you stay in same sector, nothing works after)

Today was a lot better than 2 days ago... I believe it may have to do something with weekend...  (Their Sunday 00:00 hour databackup? Sounds like default preset for backup)

  2. I'm checking Net-7.org database for Shield Charging skill improving items and can not find any... (Not a related buff listed under Buff-Search either)

By Shield Charging ofcourse I don't mean "Recharge Shields skill" buff (which is healing) , I'm talking about the shield bubble of TT's...

There is none for either "Improved Shield Charging" or "Shield charging skill" named buffs

As a suggestion, either adding these skill on existing TT / Terran items or adding new non-raid manufactured line from L1 to L9 would be nice like all skills improving it up to 10 cap...

  3. Interesting stuff SiSL. Got me to wondering why Jenquai ships were so much heavier than Terran ships. It's certainly not Hull Structure. On last HU the JD has 6k less hull structure than a TE, but 5 more mass.(metric kiloton?)

I have always thought that the jenquai had the lightest most maneuverable ships and the best turning rate. Apparently physics doesn't apply in this galaxy.

That's not really case it seems. When creating characters Megan makes advertisement of Enforcers as Fastest of all warriors (due to engine racial stuff)  I think Terrans built-for-speed stat takes into account in this.

BTW this values are like Terrel said, are from original docs in downloads section. I posted here because people don't seem to read them much so here they are in front of their eyes... Values might have been changed too

  4. Haven't tried /hidelogins, If I enable this command, will the people who are on my friends list still show, while blocking the rest of the login/logoff messages?

It just disables logins and logouts messages of people you don't know. You still see Friendlist and their online / offline status if they also allow you to see them...

  5. Considering the stored user prefs, only 0.03% are prefering hidelogins being active as a default.

Even assuming 1:10 alt rate, we are still at 3%.

3/10000 ? Damn... Still feels wrong...

Unbelievable considering number of questions every day... May be too much ghosts out there :)

  6. Saves a lot of trouble for everyone and reduces 100 questions daily and save constant packets server send....

/hidelogins by default on every new created characters... Noone seems to enjoy them after they notice they can actually use Computer messages :)

I can't believe it is not suggested before :)

Ofcourse with opt-in to open them...

  7. This is how ship changes by their default values as you get your hull upgrades...

    [attachment=2472:Hullevo.zip]

Now to notes, every player should learn what their class is...

TE = Terran Explorer  = Scout

TT = Terran Tradesman = Trader

TW = Terran Warrior = Enforcer

JE = Jenquai Explorer  = Explorer

JW = Jenquai Warrior = Defender

JT = Jenquai Tradesman = Seeker

PE = Progen Explorer = Sentinel

PW = Progen Warrior = Warrior

PT = Progen Tradesman  = Privateer

Class names does not contain "races"... Enforcer, not "Terran Enforcer" etc, that's why abbrevations above are "Race" + "Proffession"

So check chart taking this into account...

  8. The only complaint I have about TS is that the HU10 requires them to go to New Edinburg shipyard where (1) it's a long drive through unknown sectors to them and (2) CL5 Chavez take shot at their ship,  compared to the TT who starts with the Chavez in Yellow instead of red; and it is also not clear that they have to talk to Mc Kellan at Earth Station to get it started.  There is also no entry in the mission log that tell them where to go to get the HU, IIRC of course.  (I could be wrong here).

If you compare that to the new class JT, the JT have their HU10 upgrade in their starting sector iirc.  Now even Paren SY is close to their starting sector, compared to the poor Scout who has to go Earth>ABA>Saturn<Glenn>Carp>New Edinburg to get his HU at level 10!!!

@Stanig: May be this is the reason there are few TS!!!!  You have an Explorer Class with a huge signature equivalent to a target on their back saying shoot me!

    Known for long time :)

  9. I believe there are enough ores for everyone to be happy together...  While I like fighting, my miner turned into my main, last night for instance, we have cleaned entire set of large fields with another miner who I never see or heard before. Even we chat during... We were not grouped but probably none of us had any grunge they mine...

As long as they do not macro-mining, I'm happy to share any node with any other miners... Easy to test, just send a tell to them...

  10. Ever noticed all those blackholes off in the distance?

They have their own gravity shears... Try getting close to them...

Also does not explain Teach's assistant's gravity well of a simple rock... If you noticed I didn't say it does not have walkthrough, I said it is annoyance for absolutely nothing during non-raid hours.

  11. After gating to Paramis from BBW, gravity well you encounter...

I assume this gravity well is for GOBB raid obstacle to beat.... PITA for players without navigate or null field for rest of the time who just warp to get to otherside (well, basically 7 classes suffer out of 9) .... If there is a not GOBB raid, it is basically nothing, no challange there, no danger there, nothing except being just annoyance... (this last sentence for those who will probably post after me saying 'omg! you bitchin' and whinin' and want to make game easier', like you-know-who)

If this is indeed there for only raid, can you please make it active "only" during raid? Makes raid more immersive with weight of that bloody pirate appearance...

If there are other reasons that is not related to raid, you may as well ignore this suggestion...

  12. Yep, shouldnt...at least i thought i made it that way.

Is it currently dropping formation ?

Yes, currently It is, mob summons entire group next to it --which we understand it has a group summon, but it drops formation, leader has to re-initiate formation, every single other group members should also reform.

Event of confirmation is happened yesterday... And leader had the most aggro --thus mob's attack was against leader, so I assume mob tried to pull leader as well, Let's give mobs name while we are at it, Zenorsh (CL60) for testing purposes.
