Trouble Getting Volume/full Screen To Work

Ah! Thanks, thought you could run it on its own. -
In-game it says to adjust settings in E&Bconfig.exe, and I turned off windowed mode and turned on the volume. The game is still windowed however and after the EA intro there is no volume. Not sure how to fix this, any help?
