Maybe in the future I will try this again, could not get it working even when the emulator first came out years ago, still can't, too frustrating to deal with but tx for help.

Reinstalled to C:\Net-7, still no luck, thanks for your advice, maybe someday new PC will be in my hands and then it might work, I loved the game, hope to play it again someday.

Next step. I went to C Drive select to show hidden files and also tried searching using a wild card *launch*. The closest match is the following "C:\Program Files\Net-7". Within that folder there are files called "LaunchNet7" with various extensions (ex cfg) but still no folder called "LaunchNet7".

Redid the search, and also used Tools menu to show hidden folders as well, still nothing.

Re installed however folder still does not exist anywhere on the hard drive, just the folder in Program Files "Net-7" and of course the "Earth and Beyond" under the folder "EA Games".

I am afraid no such folder exists, on the entire hard drive. After not finding it via the instructions above I did a more general search on the complete hard drive.

The browse button is also subdued and cannot be clicked on.

When I start Net7 the "Microsoft .NET Framwork" Window opens with following error. "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately." After I click "Continue" the launcher opens however the "Play" button on lower right always remains subdued and I cannot click on it.
