No biggie, wired isnt an option for me, as my motherboards own adapter is broken, so i am forced to use a USB wireless adapter. So goodbye EnB :S i cant see myself using a wired version in the foreseeable future, as buying a new motherboard would require me to shell out money for new CPU and ram, and thats too much of an investment for me, just to get one game working.

Well, goodbye EnB. Seems your dead to me. Ill still remember the good times back in the early naughties. Peace Out.

heh yeah i noticed, i tried the solution in the tech support thread that has various other things listed in it. No go :S so i opened up a thread on the issue itself(as advised) Well, hope this doesnt flip my EnB return over xD would hate to see it be effort for nothing after all this time :S

topic pretty much says it all, i have all the necessary programs going through my FW also... this is getting to be alot of trouble for no gain :S Edit: Additional info; I am playing Via a WLan connection, internal IP(has not interfered with any other games, even diablo 2 has no problems) It doesnt "route" anything as much as it just relays the signal and lets me use the connection, all relevant applications have been given an exception to windows firewall, no passive firewall programs to block the connection. System is Win7. 64 bit -I have followed instructions regarding the inv. 300 issue to gain nothing but the assistans ungratefull moan about EA servers not being able to validate my use info at this time. xD

ok i did a complete reinstall again, this time on a different drive, go figure it works with the settings as they were before, now i can run the game, but it aint connecting me >_< Edit: and yeah i got firewall exceptions for the game client and n7 launcher Edit: posting a thread to support as i get the inv. 300 message even though i have installed the certs :S effing frustrating...

Thanks for the replies, and yes i would love to get connected, i have made all the necessary exceptions to firewall and router, but nothing has made a difference, i get the same error. i even tried re installing the game. but i keep getting the same error. I have all the applications and application extensions running as admin. I truly have no idea what the problem could >_<

I never said it was there, i just did what a thread concerning about not being able to run the game suggested me to do. Using Win7 ultimate 64 bit, Game is installed in Drive E and N7 launcher is installed in the EA folder to make things simple. all applications and application extension have been given the right to run as admin allways. But it has become quite apparent i wount be getting this to work, so even a tip on how to remove the electronic fingerprint the n7 launcher installs would be apreciated. Let me know if you need any other info.

i would like to know, seeing how the game refuses to get past the "finding patch" part when launching. soo i would like to know how to remove this said fingerprint as it is a security risk if just leave it as it is, and i would like to keep my PC clean of software i dont use/cant run.

I have the net7 installed under the EA folder and neither of them are on drive C my drive C: is dedicated for windows and support applications only. Edit: anyone know how to remove the electronic thumbprint/fingerprint W/e from my OS if i cant get this thing working. I like keeping my system clean of things i dont use

oh well my dream was short lived. getting the error #4. cant find patch during the finding files. followed the instructions on how to install it properly, and did the things suggested by tech support in the forums. no go, same error.

I used to play EnB back in the early years of the naughties, and i remember how betrayed i felt when EA closed shop right before my military service began, so when i was writing a post to a ME3 forum and mentioned on the side that EA has a long track record of ruining franchises/pulling the wool on fans eyes. I started feeling nostalgic and looked for a EnB trailer vid from google. and i could not believe my eyes... The game that i truly missed and loved all those years ago, was given a new breath of life. I cannot say how happy i am i found the N7 community, downloading the client, patch and unified installer atm. And picking up where i left. LV 42 Jenguai explorer, wormholing people through the galaxy free of charge *High Five anyone* This truly was the first and only online game i ever loved playing, great community, great team spirit... the list goes on and on.
