This bug happens to me ALL THE TIME, and now it causes more bugs which I submitted a ticket for, but in any case... in process explorer it seems like you can right-click on the process, and select Windows -> Bring to Front, to restore it... (though may not always work).
Can we PLEASE have a FIX for this?? Why is the client window so buggy? -
