Hey i dont know if anyone else is having issues with this, but i had to reinstall the net 7 launcher and the enb demo, and since i uninstalled it, i am now having issues reinstalling it, when i open it to install, it downloads then freezes when it comes to installing it on the install wizard setup, please help me i am so lost in what to do i keep getting the 1628: Failed to complete installation

hi i am having an issue with the mission where i have to make 10 industrial mining lasers and bring them to jerriv in cygni 61 but i got 5 of them stolen when i went to get them certified and now i can not turn in the mission, so i went back to make 5 more and came back to turn them in and it is still not allowing me to turn the mission in what should i do??? i have also tried to forfiet the mission to do it over and its not letting me
