[/quote] Thanks, so that is over with, however i cant play the game. I can open the game with N7 (select a server and hit play) but it will launch the intro video then close. When I try to open the game with "Earth and Beyond" from the Start menu it will say it cannot find the patchm try again later... Maybe im not installing the patch correctly? Thanks again

So, I am trying to play the game for the first time, and am following the "from scratch" instructions, but when I openned N7 i think it is updating... But it is taking a really long time, it has probably been twenty minutes to half an hour, and I dont have a slow computer, or slow internet connection... Is it supposed to be this way? If it helps, N7 actually opens in two windows; One that has the client information and patch notes, and another smaller screeen that is doing the updating; I cant interact with the large screen until the updates are done but it seems they are never-ending!...Would appreciate and help / comments Thanks i realized i did not explain this very well so i will just attach a screenshot of N7
