Returning player trying to reset account pwd's

Im trying to reset the pwd on my accounts from the "Avatar Settings" screen in the net7 portal. However, i never get the emails with the reset pwds. Ive checked my junk folder and they arent in there. I managed to reset one of my accounts but none of the rest have worked.
