OK Karu, when I go to the portal and log in, that wiorks, but when I go to Master Account Settings it tells me that Im not logged in or no game account created...so I guess Im just destined to not rejoin this amazing game.

That's what I have done, but it still tells me I need to fill out the entire form, even though I'm not changing my email, just my password.

Then when I registered it was a obvious typo that I didn't catch. Is there anyway to change the game account email to my forum account email? I would rather not have to create a new email if I don't have to.

I am having the same problem, however I only have one email that I have used for the past 12 years so I know I should have a game account since I played this Emulator about a year ago. I tried to sync my e-mail and it tells me I have no Forum account for the credentials I entered, which is obviously not true since I'm posting here. Any help or advice would be appreciated. .

Hi I recently requested a password reset because I forgot my past one. After logging into the forums I attempted to change my password. After filling out the password part it tells me that I have to complete the entire form. I don't need to change my email just my password from the one I was given in the email. Even after logging out and trying to log back in I tried the password I wanted to change it too and when that didn't work I used the one from the email and got locked out for 15 minutes.

I'm having the same problem, however I have gone to Net-7.org and registered my account and I got a message that only said Alert. So I logged out of Net-7 and relogged in and tried to register account again and then it said account already exists. So I then launched the game client and when I tried to log in there it tells me I do not have an account.

Ok after searching the forums I still couldn't find any information that resolved my issue, although its probably been posted. Here's my issue. I have created an account on these forums and on Net-7. When I go to log on to Net-7 it tells me that my account isn't active yet and then asks me if I have followed the instructions on my activation email. Then it asks me if I want the activation email resent. So I click where it says HERE and it logs me into Net-7 using the name I created on it, but no new activation email is sent and the one I do have keeps giving me errors. Still extremely confused here.

I'm having a similar problem. My net 7 account name and pw wont let me access the game. It says I don't have a net 7 account, but I do as I am currently logged into it. Any help be appreciated. Whenever I go to Net-7 and log in, I get a box that says my account still isnt validated, then it asks me if I want the activation email resent to click here. I click there and it logs me into Net-7 but I get no email resent. When I'm on the log in screen for the game and log in, I get a message telling me that I have not completed the registration process. What am I missing?
