    Welcome to life as a progen :D,

    battle is our way and it's a hard road ahead for you if you are new to the game and have no money saved yet.

    Might I suggest asking in new player chat for a friendly JE to fly you to your Hull upgrade cloaked or pehaps friends to clear the path for you.

    I know it's a pain but as with all things progen you sometimes have to think outside the box to get your objective done other than the obvious.

    Good luck and hope to fight by your side in glorious battle with you soon.

    Lol thank you Cimbad for the nomination but I'm no longer running.

    On a side note you have an awesome bike, I am envious of you because the wife won't let me buy one. :( Truth be known I think she is afraid I would be out on it all the time and she would have nobody to moan at lmao :lol:

    Sorry that statement was not personally aimed at you efi, I just quoted you because everyone seemed to think I had been nominated.

    It's just become a current trend regardless of what my post is about, so was a sweeping comment aimed at nobody in particular.

    If you are refering to me then I will have to point out that to be a candidate you have to have a nomination, something I did not have so there was only ever 1 candidate in the running.

    Also if everyone would like to please read my post previously I have already wished Moulinneuf all the best in his new role, going by the flow of the posts it's a given that even if it did goto a vote he would be a clear winner and that's how democracy works, I have no problem what so ever with that.

    The post title is really what should be discussed here but the rotation argument seems to be creeping in and starting to steer the topic into another direction, so again I would just like to clarify my postion to everyone in the hope there is no further confusion.

    I do NOT have a problem with the rotation if that's what everyone wants, I do whowever have a problem with it not even being open to debate either to review it or to consider other suggestions that have been put forward by myself and others for eg making them triggered etc.

    If people are not willing to discuss it then chaos ensues regardless of the topic being discussed, there is clearly a problem hence the tons fo replys eveytime it's brought up.

    How do you expect the devs to take any idea seriously if you don't discuss it and put forward an idea with the reasons why you think there is a problem and why the idea would make things better, I am sure they would review it and then come back with an opinion on the plausibility of it. ( Although it would be nice but buildable triggers I think won't happen as it's a lot of work) and I am not talking about player rotation but changing spawn times etc if thats what everyone thinks would be better than a rotation system.

    My position has never changed I tried to put forward several different ideas but they just get shot down with the giant wall of it's always been like that, so my only option left is to say I will attend any raid going that has 12 players wanting to take a trigger down regardless of who it belongs to as they don't belong to anyone and it's open to all guilds to attend. If there is not 12 players willing to raid then it won't get done because I can't solo the things can I?  it's really that simple so please don't accuse me of trying to cause trouble alone.

    Feel free to keep hitting the little dislike button it's fine really but I hope now we can stop the flaming.

    It's fine moulinneuf if I get no nominations. The important thing is to get someone that is actually open to all idea's and suggestions regardless of personal opinions and not just put up a giant wall, call them trolls or start hitting the dislike button.

    Open debate is always the best option and as we are all grownups eventually reason follows. The debate may not go in someone's favour but you can't please all the people all the time but at least everyone can feel like they have been heard.

    From what yr posts above have said you seem to be just that, so I wish you the very best in your role.

    Regardless of where in the rotation the trigger for the troller was, we shot it.

    The raid was advertised in general and open to all guilds to attend, how much fairer can it be?

    it went down fast and was a success from all attending guilds etc regardless of the complaints, no the sky did not fall down it,was refreshing to do at a reasonable hour.

    Any compliants to the devs etc please at least spell my name right.

    There was also no need for a single person to multibox go figure!

    I hate to be negative but I have been about since all we could do was leave the station.

    Nothing will change when it comes to the rotation. Sad I know  and the fact the topic brings the forum to life with the most replies does not matter ( it shows there's a problem ).

    The only way it will ever change is to get 12 People with big cahonas and just shoot the triggers as intended. Other than that it's a waste of time.

     On a side note perhaps we could have a gm role created from the 3 time zones that is capable of triggering a PRS raid at least once a week ( even if it's their only role) I feel that would make a huge difference and I would like to volunteer for the European time. Just a suggestion.

    The bigger question should be why are you even looking on multiple browser's and devices unless it was to cheat the poll?

    As for the trolling tbh I can see a few trolls on here  and panda is not one of  them, his views in this thread are as valid as anyone elses whether you agree with them or not, so why don't you lay off him a little and start acting your ages, it's not kinder garden. If you can't contribute anything constructive in the discussion then move along, there's no need for bullying.

    I agree 100% with what you are doing but do you really think this poll is going to make a blind bit of difference regardless of the result?

    Is this the NOW active biggest 3 guilds in the game you refer too or the has beens that cling onto the past and would rather see the game die than give up their slot?

    Another answer is just to create a new guild that does not agree with the rotation to get everyone that feels the same in one place and just start playing the game as intended, I am sure they would not find a shortage of people ready to join.

    Biggest reason for this game slowly dying due to lack of players is the Rotation, until that changes. Here is a wall start beating your head anytime you feel like it guys, cos nothings going to change.

    It's reached a point now when I look on the forums ( feel free to see for yoursevles) there are actually more guests and logged in members browsing the forums than are actually playing the game most times, that alone should tell you all you need to know.

    You are very correct I did already have a full guild group but what you didn't see or know was that 2 had lvl 8 guns and 3 had not done any raiding before so they were being taught the tactics of the raid (it's better we take the xp debt and multiples jump starts without runiing the risk of them going into other groups and getting moaned at).

    I might also like to point out that I made sure no person was not grouped and left to fight alone it took a lot of asking and a long time to get the party started because of that, rather than just load up a ton of alts and start without them.

    There were a few new players raiding from within and outside my guild that night and I am sure they will all state that during and after guidance was given and what class the loot was good for etc so they could make well informed choices. In my book that is what is known as forging new friendships.

    You do have a good point about not just sticking with a guild group and I fully agree with it in theory but again if nobody wants to turn up for theses things it's hard to put it into practise and we run the risk of the devs not bothering anymore.

    Here's my two cents worth, I agree with Panda on a few points he made and the rotation killing the game is one of them, I know of several players that no longer play anymore due

    to the strangle hold of the rotation and another about the big 3 not being anything like the largest 3 active guilds anymore and their slot in the rotation is now unfair and the very least should be reviewed and given up for another guild that can prove it's a larger guild with more active players but panda is right it won't happen because they are greedy and don't want to give up something they don't deserve anymore.

    I find myself having breaks from the game because I get so fed up with raids being done at 01am my time even though the triggers been floating around for all day and why is it taking so long for it to be killed? it's not down to the number of players logged in but the rotation lock.

    Again Panda is right in saying no other game would allow the rotation and they all get on fine even EnB live worked without the rotation and to those that argue about the trigger being owned by the same people. Possibly but I take the view of the triggers are on random spawn timers with a spawning window so it might appear 11am my time or 23:00pm  making a fairer trigger that covers everyones timezones in the world. I really believe this was what the original developers wanted at it's conception, so unless said campers have no lives or jobs I don't think they could possibly catch all the spawns. If they started those kind of  childish games good luck with keeping your friends on here as I can see them dropping like flies fast and with a small community like this you will soon feel alone in the game and probably stop playing anyway because it stops being fun for you.

    I like to consider myself friends with most people in the game regardless of the guild they are in and really can't see why we just can't all get along and when a raid can be done, advertise it in general and everyone gets invited just like the raids the devs do when they get the spare time ( They are very much appreciated by the way). That way everyone everywhere would get to raid at a more sociable hour and perhaps forge new frienships along the way.
