I am coming back to play again at sign getting the error that the server maybe down for maintenance.

I have using the service today and started to mail the items form character to another and them I started to hear "installing' repeatedly then the shields and reactor and engine being installed and then the devices being installed. I then check my inventory and my ammo had bean uninstalled from my weapons. Though nothing of it continued to mail items the next I no extra room in my cargo and my ammo loaded in my weapons had disappeared. So I stopped to post this message so that it can confirmed that there is a bug now with the item mail system delete items from what I can guess here.

That sounds like the earth and beyond icon is being used instead of the net-7 icon.  Any other information that you can provide like after click the icon does it try to update the software etc..

The login server was having issues and the software is sometimes showing off the unique features not "bugs" lol.  I having myself run into theses types of problems and it is the nature of the beast as DEV's have stated that it sometimes a memory problem on the server causes lag being same type of request like "gating or terminal use ...." is being made from a number of users can cause a lag spike or the software simply times out.  Try right clicking the net 7 icon and "running as administrator" I doubt it is anything wrong on your end.
