    I think the current threat is based on the amount you heal and overheal, for a max level group heal that is a lot of agro (60k on target + 10k per person in range)
  2. PS,   atrophy and the crystal engine both do something with the damage of mobs,  its just not clear what. I think after an hour of testing that it lowers the lower bound of damage output by 37% for the 175% atrophy i got. What this means is that the avarage damage output is maybe lowered with a few % points and no where near the 37% the description tells me.   How do i know, un-debuffed the 3x57 drones get my shield down to about the '25% shield left damage message' befor i can sap again, sometimes over, sometimes under, so 75% shield gone in 45 secs   lets debuff the buggers with -37% damage output....   Hmmm, message doesnt apear as much, but very very close. More like 70% shield gone on avarage between saps. I do notice that the minimum damage is lower (more 600 hits), but the 4k hits are still there... But i get no where close to the 50% shield mark i would expect   plz fix...
  3. lol,    Enrage fun,   i got a PW, PP and PS in a group, the PS has the largest sig. Warp to a mob and stop at aproxematly 4k, the mob agro's the PS (he has the largest sig so its natural that the mob attacks the PS).   Now the PW with max Enrage and a 200% skirmish omega (+3.5 skill) enrages the Mob. The enrage lands, no risist message and i get the nice red thingies around the mob who do you think the mobs keeps attacking? The PS ofcause .... PW now debuffs the mob with the omega shield and instantly gets agro....   2e try   warp to the same mob, 56 drone in bbw, to about 6k range so no one gets agro. Press enrage, resisted..., press enrage again, voila message 'the drone has been enraged' nice graphic effect and ... doesnt even agro the darn thing, hmmm   What the h*ll is this skill supposed to do...
  4. make a /removebuff 'buff name' command that does the same thing, eg sets the buff timeout to 1 sec server side.   example PW has a waterloo Shunt to reactor buff running,    /removebuff Shunt to reactor   clickety in the interface would be nice
  5. doesn't have to be client, the server  doesnt have to send the location and type of ore if you execute the command ,or send a 'remove asteroid' as if it has be mined .   more like an extension of '/delag'
  6. Kill Sabine get Collegia?? aint that weird?    I'd would expect to gain maybe a Jenquai faction 
  7.     the chart basicly confirms what i thought 1: kill RD to get chavez 2: kill faction like Centuriata to gain RD 3: do jobs to gain centuriata and the other progen factions   and green to all
  8. and fortune was with me, dropped, mapped and building the No1 most valued Zet Pl, also saw someone else mapped it.   contact brammie if you want some build or go out and hunt voltoi if you want to build it yourself.
  9. I just started with the mission's from the 5e dude, arn't the drones at the gate in odin rex not a bit much for the mission? 300k or so hull, 200k shields taking one down takes me almost 5 mins and thats with 2 toons ...

It was indead a TBE, mission updated withno problem, lvl3 item that i must have left there during 100's of kills, lol   I'd say make the mission text something like 'aquire the item from the Yee Lo Red Dragons near nav 6' or something like that so that it is clear its about an item and not about a special drop from a targeted mob. The addition of "Elite" kind of putme indirection of a target, since the RD's all are named initiate, advanced,elite and so on.
  11.   I've dont the rest of them, from the Dog Soldier, Poarta and the dude on povenir mons without any hickup, and the rewards are cool and worth it in my opinion.
  12. Ah, i was under the impression that the mission worked like the on that sends you to New Ed and Inverness. There you kill a mob to find something to and the mission automaticly  updates after a few kills and the mission item spawns in your inventory. The wording was almost the same and so i went there to look for that one special RD but could not find it (ps been all over the place looking for that, everywhere that there are RD's in the range 15-25, like tarsis, uranus and so on)   I'll see if the mission progresses when looting a TBE   thnx
  13. Hi all,   I  got this mission from Zieg to go to a nav in slayton, nav 6 and 'fight the Yee Lo Elite Red Dragon" untill i get a shipment drop. After killing everything in sight there for a while i noticed that that certain red dragon did not spawn there. So i went looking with a other toon and keep camping there for a while.   My question is where to find the lvl 18 (accoarding to enbarsenal) Yee Lo Elite RD?  all i can find is Shaam lo, Saam Lo, Dai Lo and Dai Dai lo elites and initiate and veteran Yee Lo's.   ps this is the 2e mission of the 'new progen content" from patch 12/12 where i as send to kill something and the mob doesn't spawn at the point i was send to.      grtz
  14. what will you miss?   * the best lvl7 pl and making the 8 (could be argued the best) & 9 (very good) * very good lvl8 & 9 shield with impact debuff * real nice device with the rare +"shield inversion skill" (not duration) and reduced debt  * bragging rights   and its something to do while leveling other then terminal humping, the whole thing is something you have in your quest log from lvl50 to 140 or so, so dont try to rush it and just take your time gathering or prining the goods. It takes a lot and i mean a lot of credits to (spend about 30 mill now on it and am almost done)

Found an inconcistency...   build shields stage 2, the actual quest to get the shield made by Vasi requires 3600 collega faction build devices stage 2, 6000 collegia faction   https://forum.enb-emulator.com/index.php?/topic/4498-agrippa-technology-ii-iii/?hl=collegia   might be outdated, but every talk tree still uses it, mainly inquari's and the faction required for the lvl7 shield and device  is there 5000...
