If you leave the skill on and go through a gate or dock, the sound effect will play continuously. Also, if another player has it on near you, it plays continuously. Basically it just sounds like a constant static through your speakers and is very very annoying. Someone said there was a post on how to remove the sound file, but I can't find it anywhere.
