Or run the ebconfig file: with changed resolution, helped me out once when getting constant CTD's after logging in.

Try this:
1. There are 2 configurations. One is the EnB one. The other is the Net-7 one that you can find in: C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Earth & Beyond\EBCONFIG it is called net-7config.exe. You will need to start them with admin privileges, so right click and you will see the option.
2. Set the net-7 application to Windows XP compatibility mode 32-bit. This is the application that starts the game that is placed on your desktop after you install.
If you do these 2 things 99% of your video problems will be fixed along with a host of others you may not yet know about. HeheheLet us know how it turns out.

And also run the e&b config as admin in compatability mode, otherwise your changes wont be saved.
Helped me when installing on win 7 32 bit.

Hello Players,
If your client is properly installed, the following windows and steps will appear during the log-in process.
To register to play any of The Earth & Beyond Emulator Stress Test periods, you must register on these forums and
proceed to http://net-7.org/stresstest/signup.php.
1) Double click the Net-7 Launcher shortcut from your desktop.
2) The Launcher Dialog Window will then appear. LaunchNet7 v.X.X.X
This screen sets and checks for updates to the launcher, proxy and client. Also lets you know if the server
is online and provides several other functions.
3) From the bottom right, click the "Play" button to continue with the log in process.
4) A command line execution box should appear next if everything is progressing properly.
5) The Electronic Arts™ End User License Agreement and Terms of Service will then display.
You must agree to the terms to continue... PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND this document.
If you have any questions regarding the Electronic Arts™ -or- the NET-7 Terms of Service
send a PM to any of the GM staff from this forum with those questions.
6) The game client will then process until you get to the "Megan" Log-in Screen.
7) Enter at the normal log-in screen the user name and password you registered at the 'signup.php' page.
8) Proceed to the Character Selection or Character Creation Screens.

OK, I seem to have been able to get in. I needed to select the "local cert" option. Once i did that I was able to log in.

I also have the same problem.
Playing with 2 accounts on 2 different connections.
Login information isnt accepted..
Login server down maybe?
And also installed the new certificate
