Enbdatabase says: dropping from Bio-Extractors (50) in [ Fenris ] [ Shepard ] [ Grissom ] [ Lagarto ] [ Xipe Totec ].

Only in Lagarto i find Bio-Extractors. I killed more than 100 of this but no drop.
