Thx SiSL yes my toons were in ABB but i can't log in any of my toons on either account hopefuly they will sort soon

I have made a new account and that can login and play the game as normal its like the whole account was running 2 accounts and my wife was running 1 the charactors we were playing were,

 

Galdamar

Mikan

 wife toon was

Lostpink

 

 

Contacted a GM and he/she said sorted went to login and same problem Put a ticket in using 3rd account hopefuly they can free all my toons from the blackhole they seem to be in . :(

Hi can anyone help me my game forze on me lastnight since then i have not been able to get past the map screen after login.

 

i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the whole game from scratch no joy also tried disabling IP6 any ideas anyone.

 

It also turns out my wife is having the same problem and we can both logon and play other online multiplayer games with no problem.
