Don't know if this is the correct forum but I have launcher 1.99 and I can't find ver 2 anywhere. Any help is appreciated.

Where do I find it? I'm sorry to be so useless but I couldn't find a newer version in the downloads section.

Greetings all, I recently discovered this gem and have been getting into playing this awesome game again. I have been looking through the forums but I can't seem to find a way to disable the mouse lock to the window. I am assuming there used to be an option on the launcher but it is no longer there. Any advice would be much appreciated.
