[server failed to respond to login attempt]

I'm getting the above error when I try launching the game. I'm pretty sure I followed the instructions to install, updated Net7, everything - but when I hit the Play button in the launcher, I get a command window with the following events:

07/02/10 11:34:15 Attempting to connect to IP address: 87.106.15.67

07/02/10 11:34:15 Sending login.

07/02/10 11:34:20 login failed - server not found.

When the login fails I get a dialog box with the text "Server Failed to respond to Login attempt" - hitting OK there terminates the command window.

Any ideas?

Well, checked if your firewall is blocking the connection?!

I am trying to get into the game.

I registered at the forums and at the net-7 site using the same email addy and username.

From the forum I received a registration, but not from the net-7.

When starting the game via the net-7 laucher everything runs smooth until I have to log in,

Then it says: account is temporarly banned

Can you please help me out to get in?
