HI

We are currently investigating the reason causing some players to be unable to connect to the registration servers. In the meantime, users affected by this should go to this Knowledge Base article: http://earthandbeyond.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/earthandbeyond.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?&p_faqid=8556 . Account Services can register your account manually, and then you can use the file attached to that article to skip the registration step. We are working on a more permanent solution, but this temporary fix should assist you in getting in.
