[New Fish: Where do I start?]

Hello.  I'm a City of Heroes refugee (got a referral from the Titan Network boards about your server.)

 

I know nothing about Earth and Beyond and I'd like to get started.  Where does a newbie look for info on how to play and the basics?  Everything from IGN to GameFAQs have purged their information with nothing left to look up, so I'm out of luck from Googling it.
