[Luna Sector issues]

seems the only character I cannot log into is my noob terran enforcer, hes in the luna sector is it down?

my wife is having the same problem on her computer, hes a screenie that you wanted I think, she also gets that ea server error message, any suggestions?

this is completely my fault, and I myself have nothing wrong with the way I got the game downloaded and installed, but that is because somewhere on here was a thread that told me step by step what to do, found it by luck, can anyone point me in the direction I may have found this guide/thread? I am trying to help a friend sign up so they can enjoy this amazing game as well
