  1. Lately I noticed some rather disconcerting intra and inter guild drama building up amongst other things. Now I am the first to try and throw my harpoon at drama and try to drag it aboard the good ship "diffusion" but well... as many of us can say, I have things to do elsewhere than EnB... BUT here is where my IDEA comes in... if say somebody started a guild that was specifically for airing such disputes privately with a third party to try and moderate and weed through to the core of the problem, would anybody actually use it ? I ask mainly because this is a small server by any accounting and drama tends to scare off casual or new players before they actually get into the swing of things.

so feel free to comment on the idea... im just trying to think of some way i can help keep things fun for everyone and help keep drama on public channels to a minimum

  2. Todays patch was a simple one, a few decals added for guild logos I guess. Not enough to break the logins.

I am guessing the login server has gone and FUBAR'd again.

    Login OK

    Character selection OK

Entering game ... MSOD (Map Screen of Death)

true this makes me a sad panda cause i was looking forward to playing today :(

  3. For some reason i can get all the way in and select my char (already checked to make sure server ISN'T full) but as soon as i select a character i just kinda sit in loading screen limbo, I think the latest patch may be responsible (i logged on fine after the restart this morning) but I am completely willing to chalk this up to my own basic imbecility.

  4. So I realize I am late to the party but I am trying to get this whole thing working. I have got everything installed and I am running it in xpSP2 compattibility mode... but during the client update i get a .net framework error indicating that an invalid arguement has occured involving the vaule of '5' being not valid for 'index' I have the full detail log available if it will help but wanted to know if i just messed something up

[spoiler]See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

    ************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
