Does anyone know what country the donations are collected under? If its the US could someone please post the tax exemption (or any other filing) number so I could review the papers before I donate?

My je just hit 50 today. I have been doing some testing with mining mostly. A couple issues I found:
1. Yes the spawn rate is low at the moment. I believe the spawn rate in live was slightly dynamic to how many people were in the zone.
2. I don't recall CL30+ aggressive NPCs guarding level 1-2 fields. Most of the guardians scaled up with the fields but very few had such a large disparity in combat level to the level of the field.
3. I don't recall getting bonus experience from clearing a field in live.
4. The mining "rings" seem like a new concept, I don't recall those in live. They are nice if they are the same type of roids, dull, crystallized, hydrocarbon, or radioactive.

i did that.. i checked the box for windowed mode but its still full screen
Have you tried both E&Bconfig.exe? There is one in c:/programfiles/eagames/earth&beyond/ and one in c:/programfiles/eagames/earth&beyond/EBCONFIG.

how did you change the settings to allow a change?
Just run E&BConfig.exe and modify the settings there. If you use the Performance Test, you can see the changes after you select them.

ok, got game running.. but now windowed mode wont work, it goes full screen anyways weather the box is checked or not :S
I discovered earlier that the settings in net7config.exe are ignored (this is in vista if it matters, full admin access). I had to change the E&Bconfig.exe settings to allow a change. Bothe files were found in c:/programfiles/eagames/earth&beyond/EBCONFIG directory.

I did not see any means to determine the location(s) the funds are collected or used. Locally I'm involved in a charitable organization and provide some minor assistance with the paperwork for US tax filing. You would be amazed what is required for a tax exemption on gifts/donations if it is a significant amount. At least in the US. The penalties for improper reporting can be quite harsh. The IRS agent that audited our filing last year said, (half joking) "if you are collecting donations you have to prove you are not a terrorist or criminal organization." With the state of the security concerns in the US these days he is probably not exaggerating.
