Thanks! I was able to retrieve the items. I wasn't however logged into two toons simulatneously unless looking at the inventory of the toon that is not logged in while logged in with the other is the same as being logged in with two toons simultaneously. Thank you very much for the reset. I will look for the account vault.

I was trying to transfer some items through the new mail system and they disappeared after I got an error.
It happened just a few minutes ago. I lost a rising tail engine and a Silent harrier engine.

I have some server hardware laying around collecting dust I would be willing to donate. Any idea what kind of hamsters are running the wheels now?
