Very cool. I stumbled across some of this searching for Kerr's dialogue and found that his voice is done by John Vernon who was a main character in Animal House and was in many other movies

I am fairly new here but I do have ADSL as well. Although I havent had complete ISP disconnect when running this game there are some options on the Net-7 Launcher that you might try if you havent already.
On the tope left of the launcher where the server address is, check the two boxes "Packet Optimization" and "Prototype Reorder".
Another thing I have had to do with my ADSL is constantly ping a web site.
Open a MS-DOS window (Command Prompt)
type: ping 4.2.2.4 -t
Hit Enter Key
This has helped with other games and may be helping with this game since I always have the ping running. -

After i installed my enb and patch, i loaded net 7, got all the updates, but when i click play it leads the enb patcher, and says cant find patch. i had enb installed on my old laptop, but that was xp, my desktop is vista, so i dont know if i needed to do something different, or if i just installed something wrong, help plz

With Vista and 7 you have to run as admin even though you may already have admin rights.
Follow the info on this thread, specifically the 5th post and see if that fixes the issue.

WOW thats a flashback. Forgot all about SETI. I think the last time I was messing with that was when EnB was live.
I might give it another go here soon, especially now that I have a fleet of 30 computers I manage.
