Small update....
Winners will not be required to submit GM tickets. Wood/Yeti and I will be working together to make this as pain free as possible.

After comments from players and internal discussions in Epic, we have decided to spread the lotto out for more than 1 day. To help the most amount of player we will change up the start times for future lotto's to get more time zones and players.
To make things easier, we will lotto off what is on current list shown above. As new lotto's are announced, we will create a new list of items.
We will announce the location of the lotto starting at 1700 eastern with 30 minute reminders until 1900.
Can't wait to see you all there!!!!!!

Hello All!!
This will be a list of all the non-trade items that will be available at the lotto as well as some guidelines and rules. The focus of this lotto is to assist players that are not in a guild. not in a guild that raids or are too under geared to raid. We hope that this lotto will make the game a bit more enjoyable for others!
- Quality of items will not be listed or announced - The purpose of this lotto is to get gear to those that don't have it, not to upgrade quality on those that do.
- Any items that are multiples will be awarded to top roller by highest quality, then to 2nd highest roller by quality and so on.

It is the responsibility of the winner to open a GM ticket requesting the item be moved. See below for the copy/paste you should be using in your ticker. Be patient and don't bug the GMs about the moves. They are doing us a favor and we should show respect. There must also be a GM ticket created by the current holder of the item so again, be patient. The GM's will have to parse the data from both and this can be time consuming. If the names don't match, the GM's will not move the item. Don't be sneaky. - The roller must be physically present at the location of the lotto to be able to roll in local.
- All winning rolls on non-trade items are to the roll winner only and are not transferable.
- When an item is announced for roll, there will be a 15 second timer started. Any rolls in chat that show before item list or after "Rolls Closed" will not be counted. Know what you want to roll on before
- Any winner of a non-tradable item is excluded from any further non-trade wins. This does not mean you can not roll on the other gear that is either player made or able to be analyzed.
- The lotto will be broken into 3 parts - Non-trade items and player made/tradeable non-manu and finally analyzable items. **Builders should have a list of items they know they need ready**
- Chat spamming and greifing will not be tolerated. It is the discretion of Epic to exclude any rolls by parties that ignore this.
- Please don't roll on something you can't use. We do not have the time to ensure race/profession restrictions are being followed. Be honorable.
- If the server is down anytime in the 2 hours leading up to the lotto, it will be canceled and moved to a date to be determined.
Copy/Paste example of GM ticket:Please move non-tradeable item "insert full item name/and level" to "account name / avatars name". I understand that this may take some time and I appreciate all you do. I also understand that I may not be notified by a GM of ticket completion and it is my responsibility to periodically check if I have received the item by typing in the command /getgmitemsThis is a partial list which does not include the items held by Lottery account

Requesting assistance with In game mail issue. Sent items via In game mail to player, however player has not been on in weeks to accept or reject. This leaves my avatar with no way to send mail as she is capped at 10 items and has been for weeks.
I don't want to put names in this post, so please contact me.

I feel this is all my fault. Last 2 days of vacation and was planning on spending them here......server has other plans obviously. Had I just gone to work, the server would be fine.
