i dont know if this is new or just a broken skill tree . on the ps power doen skill in the skill log is says to see Tover Maxe at lvl 6 . i saw him at that lvl asnd he didnt give skill and now at lvl 12 still no mission. my toons name is Dragonsheart she is a ps lvl 12.
