I doubt the player base is only around 100. I often see more than that at any given time. Not everyone plays at the same time. I wouldn't be surprised if there were over 1000 active users. Even if there were only 100 that would still be about the same as any pay mmo.

Also, I forgot to mention that the three new classes don't have buttons in the character creator, you have to use the arrows to scroll through the classes until you find them. Does that help?

Have you used the -noclassrestrictions argument? You should have a shortcut set up that looks like this in Properties:

this is the target. i have also tried installing to the default location. this is on my win7 64bit desktop. my 32bit vista laptop also doesn't get the new classes.
