Thanks for the update, Kyp.  Your efforts are appreciated.

 

Saying this is lame is like saying that a do-it-yourself circumcision kit is a slightly bad idea, but knowing you're on top of the issue takes the edge off a bit.  Being a technician and seeing 1and1's smoke-and-mirrors routine on their Facebook page, I really hope you can find a good alternative.
