As far as I know, I already have a game account, created years ago.
Do old accounts get purged or something?
UPDATE: I created a new game account from the net-7 page and it appears to work, but I am not able to see my old accounts. Not sure, but maybe I muffed the password on my old accounts. I'll try resetting it again.
I added my old accounts to my new account and all is good. I can now login and select my old characters.
Thanks to everyone for all the help... I am back in the game.-

I get in as far as meghan saying my login information is not accepted.I think it's probably that the net-7 proxy is not working quite right, or maybe something about the certificates. When I try to check the certificates it can't.

Not sure what i am doing wrong. Did a complete un-install, deleted all files, and then re-install. Did updates etc. I reset my password. Ran the setup, tested video.
That all appears to have worked, the forum works okay and I can see my character accounts and all my devices etc.
But when I try to log into the game, it says my EA password is incorrect.1

Been a while since I played because I just cannot get the game to run. tried all sorts of hints and tips here and other forums... nothing.
Possibly, the Windows hosts file must be manually modified? If so, what are the entries?
Mostly, the error is I see is "Server failed to respond to login attempt", but I haven't actually entered any username/password...

My login quit working too. I did a complete erase and re-install, which did resolve some other issues, but now no login. maybe something to do with the certificates? The Net7 launcher "help" reports that the certificate for "sunrise.net-7.org" is not valid, but nothing changes if I do the Install for it.

I got everything re-installed and the game appears to start. However, Megan now tells me that my login information is not accepted. Not sure why. is this something a GM needs to fix?

I just started getting errors on launch. It says I have an incompatible version of net7proxy, latest version is 2.30
and then crashes with another message: Server failed to respond to login attempt.
I did have a wee problem with Windows 8 but it did an automatic repair and generally seems to be working....

There does not appear to be a Rada beyond L5. Is there a different device that will do plasma debuff (JE usable)?

I had the Jenquai papers required for the JE bonus HU mission, but I spaced them and now I can't get them again. I don't know if I missed the part that said to keep them, or if there was no instructions to keep them.
Any chance I can get those papers back?

In the JE upgrade bonus mission, I had the "important jenquai papers" but didn't realize I would need to keep them as well as the first inspiration of ben joseph. Is there some way to get the papers again?

I haven't played in some time, and I have a bunch of missions that I can't complete or forfeit. Is there an easy way to clear them out or restart them?
