Kyp [LDEV] Posted December 21, 2013 Report Share Posted December 21, 2013 Good evening all, Our wonderful moderator Dakynos reported an issue to me that a member reported where he did not receive a Donator tag when donating to our goal. It turns out it seems that sometimes if a payment is made by e-check it will not necessarily promote you. If this happens to you, please contact myself & Dakynos w/ the date of donation, the amount, and your paypal e-mail address. The logs will be reviewed and it will be granted as is appropriate. Kyp [LDEV] Posted December 27, 2013 Author Report Share Posted December 27, 2013 A minor clarification based on some of the PMs that came in: The donation module will demote you after 30 days if you do not donate again, if you do donate again, it will reset the timer. (At least, this is how it is supposed to work. :) ) [attachment=2807:Promotion_settings.JPG] Also, before anyone asks the points it shows do not do anything at all.
