There wasn't so much that it shouldn't all be gone after about 12 hours. I didn't find anything related to this from a quick forum search. Last I checked it is possible to sleep off XP debt, but it does take some time. I think it's a percentage of debt per some amount of time, and if you sleep long enough it goes away completely.
