Server:  
Fixed: Mob's not crossing sector boundaries anymore 
Fixed: Mob corpse should be not placed outside sector boundaries anymore (see prev. note) 
Fixed: Replaced various spawn points that where placed outside sector boundaries 
Fixed: XP Debt remain message showing the correct amount of remaining debt 
Fixed: Make sure dynamic objects (eg. fields for missions) are never crossing sector boundaries on placement 
Fixed: Dont chose fields with less than 6 resources for field-clearance jobs 
Fixed: Field guardians have their combat level now adjusted to the field- and sector-challenge level 
Fixed: Bug not triggering Tada-O gate raid 
Fixed: Fixing various culprits with follow-target range
Fixed: Moved some calls to check for home range, keeping mob on the leash 
Fixed: Bug where summon was misplacing player (caused by timing/restructuring) 
Fixed: Dont copy group leaders position infos to members in formation when summoned 
(This is fixing the weird behaviour on summon group members in some cases) 
 
Fixed: Copy some more speed infos from group leader to group members in formation (thrust-state, velocity etc)  
This will keep other functions checking these values functional (eg. cloak, PowerDown requiring player to be at full stop) 
 
Added: Check if a mission mob/spawn is already active.  
If so, mission will not advance and player gets a message (talktree using mission NPC) to try again soon 
 
 
Content:
Fixed: Gloom device manufacturable without comps needed
Edited: TS master promotion mission text to direct the player to Research Station Earth in Equatorial Earth for their first upgrade at level 10. 
Changed the next stage to award completion on speaking to that station.   All future promotions (30, 50, etc.) go through Executive MacKellan and Infinitcorp yard as usual.
Edited: TS Hull Patch mission to reflect Administrator Luzzini's correct location.
Adjusted: Glittering/Glinting Manes spawn point to include more iterations/chances for the level 11's to spawn for the TS Build Engines mission.
Adjusted:  Slightly increased the spawn chance of Magnetite ore in Mars Beta.
Added: Another gas field to Equatorial Earth containing more abundant Oxygen resource.  Upped the frequency rates of Graphite, Lithium, and Iron as these are mission dependent ores in TS starter missions.
Added:  New mobs to the Fishbowl on the Aren'zael wave.
Some loot tables have been adjusted to address the weapon component issue to a degree, and mob skills have been tweaked to add a new dimension of challenge to the final battle.
