FishJD Posted March 24, 2013 Report Share Posted March 24, 2013 Okay so energy leech got fixed and no longer works on targets that die during the time it takes to spool up (sad face).. Now when it activates on dead mobs and you receive 0 energy, it counts as you having used the skill even though you gained nothing from it.. and you have to wait for the cool down timer to try again.. is this intended?
