Fixed: AOE skills (good buffs) must always affect (ungrouped) skill user as well 
Fixed: Navigation skill (and buffs) must cap at L 10
Fixed: Exploit duping items in manufacature process
Fixed: Final change for gate grouping: Only group members that have explored the other(!) side of the gate already. IP restriction has been removed.
Fixed: Dont apply skill-improving(!) buffs to player if the player doesn't have this base skill
Fixed: Shield leech skill (JD) must not drain from targets shield but reactor
Fixed: Accelerating state staying active not considering long(!) warp charge of low level player, therefore draining warp speed to 0 while warping


Fixed: Jumpstart wind up time reducing with SkillRank
Fixed: Refining terminal counting additional iterations when diff. comps with diff. amounts needed
Fixed: Handling the correct job/mission having multiple combat-jobs with the same combat mob
 

Changed: AOE "good buffs" will only affect group members. Direct targeting buffs affects target based on skill (unchanged behaviour)
Changed: Beam damage based on range. 0-50% range = 100% damage. 50-100% range to mob = up to 50% damage reduction (max range = 50% damage)

 

 
Added: Device buff "Jumpstart time" added to the game

 
 
Content:
 
Fixed: Removed an exploit in a Progen start sector mission that was allowing players to repeat it and get over 10,000 combat xp each time.  Mission was intended to only be ran once.
Fixed: Adjusted a Bogeril mission item that was not being removed from inventory on mission completion.
Fixed: Added a level 10 maximum limit to the Terran Tradesman start sector Supplies Needed mission. After level 10, you will no longer be able to obtain the mission.
Fixed: Began some light tweaking/balance work on some starter sector XP rewards.
The idea being that if every start sector mission is completed, weighted for how many mobs/ores/navs etc are expected to be killed/accumulated/discovered, the player should either be level 10 or quite close to it at the time they are supposed to obtain HU10 missions from the class trainer.
